Usually, the Booking facilitator allows partial cancellations based on their terms and conditions.
Please check with the booking agent about the penalties and other charges before applying for the cancellation of any booked tickets.
In case you are not able to find out the customer care details of the booking agency, please forward all the ticket-related and transaction-related emails and SMSs (please forward the emails as is, do not send screenshots.
