Each travel agent has its own terms and conditions for the cancellation process. You need to check with them about the penalties and charges at the time of cancellation. For that, you need to email them or contact them through their helpline number.


If you don't know the travel agency you have booked the ticket follow these steps to find it.

  • Check your mail thoroughly for the confirmation mail from the travel agent you have booked the ticket. There will be a confirmation mail sent by the travel agent.
  • Check your junk and spam folders if you couldn't find the mail in the inbox.
  • Still can't find it? Check your bank statement. There you can find the name of the airline or agency you have charged for the ticket.


In case you are not able to find out the customer care details of the booking agency, please forward all the ticket-related and transaction-related emails and SMSs (please forward the emails as is, do not send screenshots. SMSs can be sent as screenshots) to [email protected] , we will try to help you to reach the right customer care team to resolve your issues.
