I have canceled my ticket, where is my refund?

Usually, the refund will happen within 7- 14 working days.

But to know the proper status of your refund, we recommend you to contact the person/company with which you initiated the refund request.


In case you are not able to find out the customer care details of the booking agency, please forward all the ticket-related and transaction-related emails and SMSs (please forward the emails as is, do not send screenshots. SMSs can be sent as screenshots) to [email protected] , we will try to help you to reach the right customer care team to resolve your issues.
