FareFirst price and total price are not the same.

Why price increased?

Please note that 99% of the time, the price shown on the FareFirst app/site and the actual booking prices remain exactly the same.

On a rare occasion, even if the price is increased, that will be clearly indicated before you enter any card details.

We (FareFirst) are not an online travel agency (OTA), we are a metasearch engine. This means we won't sell tickets, we help you buy tickets from our 1000+ partnered OTAs. Basically, when you search in FareFirst, we search all those 1000+ OTAs for you to find the best possible deal on the internet at that moment. Once you chose a deal, we'll take you to that OTA website to complete your booking.

As we are showing the prices which are available at the moment maybe there is a delay from the travel agency website to get the price changes to sync with our website. Sometimes due to this sudden change in price, it may show a different price on our website.

Another situation is while you are booking the ticket, based on the travel agency or airline sites they may charge for currency conversion, luggage, or travel insurance. These are the common reasons why you may see a change in the price of the total amount.

If you feel you are overcharged or have any other payment-related issues we recommend you contact the same online travel agency you have booked the ticket.

If you more info, you can leave us a mail at [email protected]. We will try to help you to contact the airlines or travel agencies you have booked the ticket to solve it.
