If you have already submitted a data erasure request through our Android/iOS/Web App, there is no further action needed from your end.
If not, please mail us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data erasure request", this will put your account under the deletion queue.
Please note this is a common email to delete your account for all the FareFirst and its group of apps, including but not limited to: FareFirst Flights, FareFirst Hotels, FareFirst Cars, FareFirst Trips, FareFirst Nomad, FareFirst eSims, FareFirst Visas, etc...
We understand that you would like your data to be deleted from our platform. Please be assured that your request has been accepted and the deletion request has been initiated. We will delete all your identifiable data within 45 days.
Please note that,
1. If you have created an account only using email and password, please do not log in to our portal in the next 45 days.
2. If you try to log in to our system using any social login method (Google/Facebook/etc) in the next 45 days, any ongoing deletion request will stand canceled. You might have to send us a deletion request again.
3. After 45 days, if you try to login via the social login method within our app/website, a new account will be created.

Please note that we will delete ONLY the interactions you had with our site/app. You might need to send data erasure requests to all the airlines and OTAs separately. Click here to find out the different agencies you had interacted with.
